The Good Food Studio isn’t just about our love for food and sharing that passion with you. It’s about doing it in a really delicious way. We make sure that we start with the best ingredients, sourced both locally and abroad, and then we cook and bake them in style—using SMEG appliances and the most cutting-edge cooking studio any foodie would want.
One of the most exciting things about the Good Food Studio is our commitment to showcasing the best local and international chefs, who will share their unique flair and passion for cooking with us. We’ll bring you the latest cookbook launches and give you a chance to meet the authors, and hold special classes with the chefs so that they can share their culinary skills. We have a standard curriculum as well as other classes that change according to what’s hot in the food world right now.
When you arrive in the Good Food Studio, you’ll be greeted warmly by our lovely receptionist, Annelise and have a chance to order a coffee or other refreshing drink from our bar and browse through the library of gorgeous cookery books
There are a number of venues within the studio to suit different requirements.
The auditorium is used for demonstrations by guest and celebrity chefs or can be used as a boardroom area for training before moving on to one of our modern, beautifully fitted kitchens for a hands-on cooking class. A smaller kitchen that hosts between 8 and 16 guests for more intimate, specialized classes and a larger kitchen that can host up to 24 guests for a more relaxed, fun filled experience.
The wine-room is a sleek, sexy venue that can be a private space to host a book club or a whiskey tasting or it can be opened up to the foyer to create a wonderful open-plan area for our regular wine tasting functions.
Our formal dining area overlooks the river from a balcony and can seat up to 24 people. It can be screened off to create a private area and is ideal for book clubs, tea parties, food shoots, directors’ lunches or any other occasion where good food and style meetfood and style meet.
