These classes are offered all year round on a rotational basis and are updated regularly, so that the dishes learnt are new, varied and interesting.

These classes are slotted in as and when throughout the course of the year. They are seasonal and occasion specific.

HOUSEKEEPERS' COOKING

This intensive course runs for 8 consecutive weeks on the same day every week from 9am - 1:30pm. The course has a hands-on approach with a maximum of 8 students per class, thus giving each student the opportunity to ask questions, as well as receive the individual attention they may need. Each student will be given notes and a full set of recipes at each lesson to take home. Your housekeeper will soon be creating culinary delights to keep the whole family happy.

HOUSEKEEPERS' ADVANCED COOKING

This intensive course runs for 8 consecutive weeks on the same day every week from 9am - 1:30pm. The course has a hands-on approach with a maximum of 8 students per class, thus giving each student the opportunity to ask questions, as well as receive the individual attention they may need.

Each student will be given notes and a full set of recipes at each lesson to take home. This course is aimed at building on the skills that your housekeeper has acquired during the previous course. Classes are more specific and recipes more involved.

BEGINNERS COOKING

If you are a total newcomer to cooking and don't know your spoon from your spatula, then this is the course for you! This intensive course runs for 8 consecutive weeks on the same day every week 4 – 4 ½ hours. The course has a hands-on approach with a maximum of 12 students per class, thus giving each student the opportunity to ask questions, as well as receive the individual attention they may need.

Each student will be given notes and a full set of recipes at each lesson to take home. This course is aimed at building on the skills that your housekeeper has acquired during the previous course. Classes are more specific and recipes more involved.


ADVANCED COOKING

This intensive course runs for 8 consecutive weeks on the same day every week for 4 – 4 ½ . The course has a hands-on approach with a maximum of 12 students per class, thus giving each student the opportunity to ask questions, as well as receive the individual attention they may need.
