Busy moms and pops, you'll be happy to know that all these family dinners take only a few minutes to prepare...

1. Sticky chicken

Toss 8-10 drumsticks with 1/2 cup of PnP sticky rib marinade and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Serve with oven chips and veg.

2. Fish-finger burgers

Cook 12 PnP fish fingers. Pile into four wholewheat buns with lettuce, sliced tomato, cucumber and a dollop of PnP tartar sauce.

3. Bolognese wedges

Cook PnP potato wedges until crispy. Heat a packet of PnP Bolognese sauce with a cup of frozen peas. Scatter with cheese.

4. Bangers and mash

Pan-fry or grill PnP pork sausages. Cook a packet of PnP butternut chunks until tender, drain and mash. Serve with steamed greens.

5. Tuna and veg pasta

Cook half a packet of PnP pasta twirls. Add a cup of PnP mixed frozen veg 4-5 minutes before end of cooking time. Drain and toss with 1/3 cup of tomato sauce, a can of drained tuna and grated cheese.

6. Omelette pinwheels

Cook 4 beaten eggs over medium heat. As egg begins to set, add grated cheese and 1/4 cup each chopped ham and peppers. Slide onto a plate, roll up. Serve on toast.
