  • You should avoid any foods or drinks with colour for at least 24 hours post whitening treatment. This includes anything that would stain a white shirt.
  • The foods that will cause the most discolouration are: red wine, coffee, tea, soy sauce, beetroot, red sauces, dark colas, berries, mustard and tobacco.
  • Try to eat foods like chicken, fish, pasta, potatoes, rice, cauliflower, white mushrooms, white wine, white grapes, green or yellow apples, bananas and white chocolate (for a little treat!)
  • Tea or coffee should be avoided for at least 24 hours, but for best results for up to 3 days.
  • See below for some recommended meals.
