We pride ourselves in our culture, values and commitment to our people. Our Human Resources (HR) department is an integral part of supporting this throughout the organisation.

Many of our HR roles are of a generalist nature and entails providing support, guidance and advice to our stores across all areas of HR. Our HR generalists are involved in all aspects of HR, including Training and Development, Recruitment, Organisational Development, Benefits and Remuneration, Succession Planning and Talent Management.

Our HR department strives to be a business partner, and our people spend time in stores, assisting with stock takes and other critical retail operations. This ensures that HR practitioners are well equipped to give advice and guidance on operational issues as well as expert HR support throughout the region. These jobs are varied, exciting and definitely not office bound!

The corporate HR role is designed to support the business with specialised expertise through divisions such as Training and Development, SAP HR, Remuneration, Talent Management and Organisational Development.
