Our Country Reared Free Range can be traced back to farm. Pick n Pay butcheries look for quality and consistency in everything from economy cuts, to exclusive lines like our lazy aged Angus beef. This includes our new range of boerewors which is all meat with no added MSG.

Bakery

PnP in-store bakeries supply a wide variety of freshly baked, high quality Breads, Confectionery and Rolls.

Pick and Pay bakeries have a variety of baked goods to meet all occasions, whether it is for breakfast, lunchtime or just snacking. Our bread is freshly baked and affordably priced and rolls are baked off throughout the day.
Orders can be placed with the Bakery Manager to suit all your entertaining needs.

Fish shop

Pick n Pay was a founding member of and is in full support of the Southern African Sustainable Seafood Initiative (SASSI). Along with SASSI Pick n Pay fish shops strive to shift consumer demand away from over-exploited species to more sustainable options and raise awareness in our customers around sustainable fishing.

You will find a wealth of delicious fresh and frozen fish available in all our in-store fish shops and if you’d like to have your fish scaled, deboned and filleted we’ll gladly do it for you at no extra charge.

Deli, cheese and meat

Pick n Pay delis have a fantastic selection of fresh cold meat, olives and pates perfect for any occasion. We also stock a wide selection of delicious imported and local cheeses featuring cheeses from Italy, Holland, Germany, Switzerland and more. And, to complete the range, there are superb speciality cheeses from fine South African producers.

Produce

Pick n Pay stocks a wonderful range of loose selling, pre-packed fruit and vegetables, as well as a range of organic products in selected stores. Our value added veggies come ready prepared for customer’s convenience, and in selected hypers, customers can have their fruit and vegetables peeled and diced for them while they wait.

Our food technology team ensures that all our products are in line with food and safety standards, and ensures all of our suppliers are as well.

We also have a beautiful range of fresh cut flowers, which includes ready arranged floral bunches, single type bouquets and pot plants.
