Kimberley CBD terms and conditions

• The competition runs from 1st September 2011 – 30th November 2011. 
• The winner will be drawn on 10th December 2011 at the Kimberley CBD Store by the Store Manager, Regional Manager and General Manager. 
• Verification will take up to 3 business days and the final winner will be notified and requested to attend the handover at the store reopening on the 14th December 2011. 
• The competition is open to all South African residents in possession of a valid South African ID document. 
• No further entries will be accepted after 24:00 on 30th November 2011. 
• The competition is open to South African residents who have spent R300 on groceries at Pick n Pay Kimberley CBD Supermarket store ONLY. 
• Entrants must write their name, surname and contact details on the entry form and place the entry form into the vehicle displayed in store. 
• Customers are to retain the original till slip reflecting the R300 purchase for validation purposes. 
• Each till slip constitutes one entry only. 
• No airtime, tobacco products, municipal bills, telephone bills, electricity or other utility will be accepted as a purchase, nor may they be included in the total value of R500 on the till slip. Any of these will render the entry as invalid. 
• The relevant individual do not necessarily need to be present in the store on the day of the draw, however verification will need to take place by means of the original till slip and smart shopper card. 
• The winning customer should be in possession of a valid driver’s license, should this not be the case, a legal proxy or affidavit will need to be supplied in order for the vehicle to be handed over. 
• The winners will be requested to be photographed at no cost for publicity purposes and these pictures will be published at Pick n Pay’s discretion in relevant media to announce the winner/s. 
• In the event that a drawn entry cannot be contacted within 3 working days via the phone number used to enter, management reserves the right to re-draw another entry to establish a winner. 
• The prize consists of a SINGLE HYUNDAI ATOS 1.1 GLS (BLACK IN COLOUR). The retail value of this vehicle as at the 2nd September 2011 is R94 900. 
• The costs of the PDI, one initial tank of petrol, licensing & registration, Number plates, Mats and Wheel alignment are covered within the winning of the vehicle. 
• The winning customer will be required to furnish all documentation required to complete the licensing and registration of the prize. 
• The vehicle will not be insured by Pick n Pay Retailers and thus customer is required to insure the vehicle from the date that the customer is confirmed at the winner. 
• The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
• The prize is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash or product. 
• Employees of Pick n Pay Retailers (Pty) Ltd (“Pick n Pay”), their promotional partners, contracted companies, printers, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families may not enter. 
• If required, Pick n Pay shall have the right to terminate this competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all entrants agree to waive any rights that they have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Pick n Pay, their agents and promoters
