Main Ingredients
1 can snails in brine, drained
Garlic and herb butter
125 grams PnP butter
5 cloves garlic, chopped
60 ml chopped parsley
60 ml chopped chervil, optional
60 ml chives, chopped
1 brown bread, crusts removed and cut into triangles
- Preheat oven to 180˚C
- Place snails on a snail dish
- Mix together butter, garlic and herbs and dollop over snails
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until butter has melted and snails have heated through
- Serve with wedges of bread
