Main Ingredients
2 cans PnP shredded tuna, Tuna in water works best
250 ml PnP cream
250 ml PnP sour cream
1 punnet brown mushrooms
1 packet pasta, any type you like
2 red chillies, personal choice
1 pinch garlic, personal choice
1 knob PnP butter
3 pieces PnP danish feta, personal choice
1 dash PnP lemon juice, To your personal taste
1 cup PnP cheddar cheese, Grated/ optional extra
Cook the pasta as per usual
Melt butter in a pot on a medium heat, add the mushrooms, chilli and garlic and cook until the mushrooms are tender. (make sure that you don’t burn the butter or mushrooms)
Add the Tuna including the water/ brine, add the fete and let it all melt together. Add the lemon juice, take off the heat.
Allow the mixture to cool
Add the cream and sour cream
Once the pasta is cooked, strain it and to a deep dish add the Tuna mix and toss
At this point the pasta is ready to eat.
You can add a layer of tomatoes and cheddar, pop it into an oven until the cheese is melted.
This is served Hot or Cold
