Summer living terms and conditions

• The Promoter is Unilever South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“The Promoter”) 
• The competition is open to all South African Residents only who are in possession of a valid identity document, except employees of the promoter, their associated companies, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families.  
• Any participant under the age of 18 years must be fully assisted by his/her legal guardian, who approves of, and consents to the participant’s possession of the prize  
• This competition is open from the 1 December 2011 and ends at 12am – midnight on 29 February 2012. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.  
• To enter, SMS “Summer Living”, your name together with the last 4 digits of the barcode of Ponds Flawless Radiance UV Cream pack to 41475.  
• SMS costs R1.00. Free SMS’s do not apply. 
• The first correct entry drawn from the valid SMS entries will receive a voucher from Sunglass Hut worth R1500 to purchase a pair of sunglasses of their choice.  
• The draw will take place on 1 March 2012 and the winners will be notified by telephone, by 15 March 2012. The Promoter will endeavour to contact the prize winners for seven working days after their name is drawn. If, however, they cannot be reached, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the competition rules. 
• The prize is not exchangeable for cash and not transferable  
• The Promoter reserves the right to use the images taken of the winner or staff for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without any further remuneration being made payable to the winner. 
• The competition organizers will not be held responsible for any delays in payments or delivery of the prizes.  
• In the event that the prize/s are/is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.  
• The Promoter shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter, its agents and promoters.  
• Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the competition rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules  
• Neither the promoter nor any of its associated subsidiary companies, directors, officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever which may be suffered by the individual participating in this competition  
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
