Trolley Talk terms and conditions

• The Trolley Talk Competition ('the Competition') is conducted by Pick n Pay and is open to all legal residents and citizens of South Africa except directors, members, agents, employees and immediate family members of any CC employees of Pick n Pay, its advertising agencies or advisors. 
• To participate in the competition, all entrants must click on the relevant competition form online. Participants gain automatic entry when they sign up for a Pick n Pay, Vodacom 24 month contract. 
• Copyright in all images and recipes submitted for the competition remains with the respective entrants. By entering the competition, each entrant grants Pick n Pay licence to feature any of the submitted images or recipes in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this competition.
• The competition commences on 24 October 2011 and closes on 2 December 2011. Pick n Pay reserves the right to extend or reduce the competition period as necessary, in which case, due notification will be given. 
• The prize of the Competition is 3 minutes in which winning teams can collect groceries up to the value of but not exceeding R10 000 in a Pick n Pay store. Items in the trolley must be groceries only. 
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. 
• Winners will be chosen through a random draw selection no later than 9 December 2011. 
• Winners will be contacted telephonically by 12 December 2011. Pick n Pay reserves the right to disqualify a winner if he/she does not respond within one week of winner selection and randomly select a replacement winner from the competition entries. In such circumstances, the replacement winner shall be contacted via email by Pick n Pay as soon as reasonably practicable and shall be required to respond to Pick n Pay in the manner set out in such correspondence. In the event that the replacement winner fails to respond to Pick n Pay as required, then the provisions of this clause shall apply to that new winner in the same way as if he/she were the original winner. 
• Pick n Pay reserves the right to terminate the Competition at any time. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the Competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Pick n Pay, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers and nominated agents. 
• All participants indemnify Pick n Pay, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers and nominated agents against any and all claims, damages or loss howsoever arising, including but not limited to wilful misconduct or negligent act or omission arising from their participation in this competition. 
• Pick n Pay will not be held liable for any misinterpretation of the prize, rules and conditions or any specific part thereof. 
• All participants indemnify Facebook against any and all claims, damages or loss howsoever arising, including but not limited to wilful misconduct or negligent act or omission arising from their participation in this competition. 
• By entering the competition, all participants agree to be bound by these rules, which will be interpreted by Pick n Pay in its sole discretion. Its decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
