Method

For the Candyfloss fizz:

  • Distribute a handful of pomegranate seeds amongst six champagne flutes.
  • Pour a splash of Frangelico into each.
  • Top flutes halfway with sparkling wine.
  • Place a piece of candyfloss on each flute.
  • Just before serving, pour another dash of sparkling wine over candyfloss to lightly melt.

For the Sparkling floats:

  • Dip the rim of each glass in water and then in the sprinkles.
  • Scoop one or two scoops of ice cream in each glass.
  • Top glasses with sparkling wine and serve immediately.

For the Jingle juice jug:

  • Divide rosemary sprigs and cherries between dividers of an ice cube tray.
  • Fill tray with water and freeze overnight.
  • Combine vodka and juice in a jug and stir.
  • Add cherry ice cubes, top with sparkling wine and serve.
