"Almost sugar-free" choc chip chocolate mousse

Calling all chocoholics - here's a lower fat alternative for dessert ! Cut the fat further by using fat-free yoghurt. Bear in mind that sucrose free chocolate is still high in fat so eat this dessert in moderation!

Method
  • Dissolve gelatine in hot water.
  • Mix cocoa powder, coffee and 60g melted chocolate with ½ cup yoghurt.
  • Add gelatine to chocolate mixture.Whisk egg whites to soft peak and gradually add sweetener, beating until thick and glossy.
  • Chop remaining chocolate.
  • Gently fold egg whites and chopped chocolate into chocolate mixture.
  • Divide between glasses or containers of your choice.
  • Refrigerate until set (about 4-6 hours).
