Method
  • Cook pasta according to packet instructions
  • Drain, rinse and drizzle with a little olive oil
  • Heat a non-stick pan
  • Sauté bacon until crisp. Add chilli, tomatoes and vinegar.
  • Season and simmer until tomato skins have split
  • Toss all ingredients together
  • Serve with grated parmesan
