Method
  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Purée cinnamon, bananas and juice in a blender.
  • Mix barley flakes into banana purée and spread onto a large non-stick baking tray.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until dry and crispy, tossing regularly and breaking up clumps.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Stir through cranberries and popped rice.
  • Serve half a cup of muesli with yoghurt, fresh fruit and berries.
