Method
  • Serves 8 (as a starter) or 4 (as a main)
  • Preheat oven to 220˚C.
  • Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Place leeks and garlic in an ovenproof dish and toss with a glug of oil. Roast for 15 minutes, or until soft.
  • Stir through pasta and half the cheese. Cover with cheese sauce.
  • Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
