Method
  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Melt butter and chocolate together in a bowl set over boiling water
  • Beat eggs, yolks, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy
  • Fold chocolate mixture into egg mixture
  • Sift in flour, add cherries and stir until well combined
  • Pour mixture into 4 well greased 200ml ramekins
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until puffed up and slightly firm to the touch, but molten in the centre. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before unmoulding.
  • Fold jam through cream
  • Serve puddings with a dollop of cream and a scattering of chocolate shavings
