Method
  • Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
  • Drain, reserving 1 cup (250ml) cooking water.
  • Chop broccoli, including stalk, into small pieces.
  • Heat a glug of oil in a pan and fry garlic and chilli for a few seconds. Add broccoli and stir-fry for another minute or two, cover and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
  • Toss broccoli through pasta, drizzle with lemon juice and scatter with cheese.
  • Season and serve.
