Method

Butternut fritters

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until a stiff batter forms, adding more milk if necessary.
  • Heat a glug of oil over a high heat and fry tablespoonfuls until golden and cooked through.
  • Drain on paper towel.
  • Scatter over cinnamon sugar and serve.

Festive slaw

  • Toss coleslaw, red onion and apple together.
  • Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over slaw.
  • Toss well and serve.

Splurge

  • Use PnP Finest honey in the dressing instead of chutney.
