Method
  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk eggs and sugar until pale.
  • Stir in yoghurt, water, carrot, pear, oil and lemon. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
  • Spoon into muffin cases and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
