Stir-fries are a delicious way to boost your vegetable intake. You can use any vegetables, but cut them all the same size to ensure they cook evenly.

Method
  • Heat oil in a pan, add sesame oil, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for a few seconds.
  • Add vegetables and nuts
  • Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes or until vegetables are tender
  • Add sauce and toss to coat
  • Top with spring onions and serve with rice or noodles

 

More good ideas

  • Add chicken, beef pork to the stir-fry
  • Stir-fry in stock or soy sauce in place of oil
