Method
  • Pre-heat the oven to 220ºC
  • Lightly grease a baking sheet and set aside
  • Spread the rolled puff pastry out onto a chopping board
  • Spread the chutney over the pastry
  • Sprinkle the cheese and vienna slices over the pastry
  • Then loosely roll the pastry up from one end
  • Slice the pastry into 1cm slices and lay out on the baking sheet
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until golden and puffy


Variations:

  • Replace the vienna with ham, biltong or cooked bacon.
  • Replace the cheese with feta and spinach.
