Method

  • Preheat oven to 180˚C
  • Heat a dash of oil in a pan
  • Add mince and fry until well browned. Add onion and carrots and cook until softened.
  • Add tomatoes and paste and cook for about 15 minutes, or until mince has cooked and sauce has thickened. Stir in sugar, oreganum and seasoning.
  • Bake wraps until slightly crisp
  • Top with mince and bake for another 10 minutes, or until crisp
  • Serve scattered with avocado
