Chicken sishebo

A delicious healthy recipe for the whole family packed with vegetables. Remove the skin from the chicken to ensure a low fat content.

Method
  • Heat oil in a large pot.
  • Fry onion, curry powder and garlic until soft. Add chicken and fry to brown.
  • Add carrots, sweet potato, green pepper, tomato onion mix and stock.
  • Cover and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Add lemon juice and a little pepper, and serve with chopped tomatoes and onion.
