Method
  • Place the ground cumin, dried chilli flakes (optional), ground coriander, salt and paprika in a small frying pan
  • Dry-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant. Remove from heat. 
  • Cook popcorn according to packet instructions
  • While popcorn is still hot, toss through spices and season with salt to taste


Good idea:

  • For a ‘wicked’ Bombay popcorn, add a few teaspoons of curry powder
