Method
  • Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan and sauté salad onions, garlic and chilli until soft.
  • Add tuna, lemon juice and peel and simmer for a minute.
  • Add parsley, pasta and seasoning and toss to heat through. Serve scattered with parmesan.

 

More good ideas

  • Buy a wedge of parmesan, freeze and grate from frozen when needed.
