Method
  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Mix the first five ingredients together. Add pork rashers and guavas and toss to coat
  • Place rashers and guavas in a roasting pan. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until pork is cooked through and slightly charred.
  • Serve with a salad of finely sliced red cabbage and spring onion
