Method
  • Cut beef into thin slices and mix with remaining ingredients.
  • Allow to stand for 15 minutes for flavours to develop.
  • Heat oil in a wok or large pan and tip in meat. 
  • Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until just cooked. 
  • Remove meat and set aside.
  • Add vegetables to wok and stir-fry until tender. 
  • Tip in meat and oyster sauce and stir-fry until well coated and heated through.
  • Serve heaped onto steamed white rice and scattered with fresh coriander.
