Method
  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Grease and line the base of a loaf tin. 
  • Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. 
  • Beat eggs, milk and oil together in a separate bowl, then fold into dry ingredients (including orange zest).
  • Spoon mixture into tin and bake for 55 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and cool in tin for 10 minutes.
  • Turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Mix together orange juice and icing sugar and pour over completely cooled loaf.
  • Scatter with chopped hazelnuts.
