Method
  • Cook pasta according to packet instructions, drain and set aside.
  • Sauté onion, chilli, garlic and tomatoes in reserved oil until soft. Add prawn tails and toss for about 1-2 minutes or until they turn pink.
  • Add cream and simmer for a couple of minutes to thicken.
  • Add basil, seasoning, feta and pasta.
  • Toss to combine flavours and heat through.


Good idea

  • Stir basil pesto through the sauce instead of herbs.
