Method
  • Sauté PnP leek and potato soup mix with PnP Cook Additions garlic, ginger & dhania paste and a glug of oil. 
  • Add PnP curry powder and fry briefly. 
  • Add waterblommetjies and chicken stock. 
  • Simmer for 45 minutes or until soft. 
  • Purée and serve with fresh coriander and plain yoghurt.
