Method
  • Heat a glug of oil in a pan and sauté onions over a low heat until soft and beginning to caramelise. Season.
  • Add honey, stock and seeds and simmer for 15 minutes or until mixture has reduced to a jammy consistency.
  • Allow to cool
  • Serve with cold meat
