Method
  • Blitz strawberries, yoghurt, milk and ice together in a blender
  • Brush honey on inside of glass rims; coat with hundreds and thousands
  • Pour in milkshake and serve immediately

Cook's tips

  • Use any frozen berries. If necessary, sweeten with a little sugar or honey.
  • Add a handful of muesli for a nutritious breakfast drink
  • Try a banana and chocolate milkshake; use frozen bananas and a spoonful or two of chocolate milk powder in place of berries
