Method
  • Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  • Scatter half the lemon and onion slices onto the base of a baking dish.
  • Top with fish and season.
  • Scatter over remaining lemon and onion slices.
  • Drizzle over lemon juice and a glug of olive oil.
  • Roast for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Heat a glug of oil in a pan and fry garlic for a few minutes.
  • Add canned beans and cook for a few more minutes.
  • Toss in green beans and water ,cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Whisk balsamic vinegar, tahini paste and dill together. Season.
  • Drizzle over beans and serve topped with fish.
