Method
  • Prepare an indirect fire to a moderate heat.
  • Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and place feta, sundried tomato, parsley and red onion inside the mushroom.
  • Once mushrooms have been filled, top mushrooms with bread crumbs and place in a foil tray.
  • Place foil tray onto braai grid and close braai lid.
  • Allow to cook for 15 minutes or until mushroom is cooked and feta has melted.
