This is a simple way of boosting your children's fruit intake. Use any seasonal fruit for this recipe.

Method
  • Heat juice and gelatine in a saucepan and stir to dissolve gelatine. Cool.
  • Spoon fruit into jelly moulds and top up with jelly mixture, about half a cup (125ml) of juice into each.
  • Avoid using pineapple as it will prevent the jelly from setting
  • Refrigerate until firm. To unmould, quickly dip the base of each jelly mould into boiling water and turn out onto a serving dish.
  • Serve with custard
