Method
  • Prepare a direct fire to a moderate heat, and place the weber pizza stone on the griddle and allow to heat through.
  • In the meantime, roll your bread dough out until 3-4mm thin, and place onto a well floured board.
  • Place crushed garlic, feta and spring onions on to the flatbread and pour over olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Gently move flatbread from board onto the pizza stone and place weber lib back on and cook for 5 - 10 minutes until cooked through.
  • Once flatbread is crispy, remove from pizza stone and serve hot.

Dietitians Notes: 

Spare your use of oil by brushing it onto the pastry with a pastry brush instead of pouring, for a lower-fat meal.
