Method
  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Sauté onion and garlic in oil.
  • Add Swiss chard and cook to wilt. 
  • Add feta, herbs, sultanas, almonds and chicken and season well.
  • Beat yoghurt and eggs together and stir through chicken mixture.
  • Brush 4 pastry sheets with butter and lay in a 25cm spring-form pan.
  • Spoon chicken mixture into pan, brush remaining pastry sheets with butter and lay over chicken mixture.
  • Trim excess pastry with scissors, brush over a little more butter and scatter with sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through and golden. 
  • Serve with green salad.
