Method
  • Season lamb with Greek-style sprinkle. Drizzle with olive oil and rub with 2 chopped garlic cloves.
  • Braai over medium-hot coals until well charred (about 20-25 minutes for medium rare), turning regularly.
  • Roast vine tomatoes on a foil-lined braai grid.
  • Toast pitas directly over coals while meat is resting for 10 minutes.
  • Serve sliced lamb on a platter with pickled red onions, PnP tzatziki, roasted tomatoes, toasted pitas and rocket.
