Method
  • Grill asparagus and prawns on the braai for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Toast breadcrumbs with butter in a frying pan until golden brown. 
  • Add pine nuts and stir until golden brown.
  • Slice bocconcini and arrange on a plate.
  • Top with asparagus, prawns,breadcrumbs and pine nuts.
  • Add lemon juice and drizzle with a little olive oil.
