Method
  • Dissolve the yeast and sugar in half a cup of warm water. Leave for 10 minutes or until frothy.
  • Mix the flour and one teaspoon  of Robertsons Atlantic sea salt together. Add the yeast, rest of the water and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix to form a soft dough.
  • Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes or until smooth
  • Oil a large bowl, and toss the dough into the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place until it doubles in size.
  • Punch the dough down and knead lightly. Leave it to rest for about  5 minutes.
  • Line a baking tray with non stick baking paper and stretch the dough to fit snugly in the tin. It should be about 1 cm thick.
  • Dimple the dough with your fingers. Scatter the Robertsons rosemary, garlic flakes, Robertsons Atlantic sea salt and sliced red onion over the dough.
  • Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and leave to rise until doubled
  • Bake at 200 ºC for 20 minutes or until golden. Cut into squares and serve.
