Method
  • Prepare a direct fire.
  • Combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Rub the mixture into each lamb chop. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Lightly oil a pot. Add the pears and vegetables.
  • Combine remaining oil with the Veggie Bake and honey.
  • Spoon mixture over the pears and vegetables, tossing to coat. Keep some of the mixture aside.
  • Cook for 30-40 minutes until tender.
  • Place the chops on top of the vegetables.
  • Drizzle with the remaining marinade.
  • Roast for 15 minutes or until just cooked through.
  • Serve immediately.
