Method
  • Combine marinade ingredients to form a paste. 
  • Marinate prawns in the paste for 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat and fry prawns until bright pink (don't overcook), then set aside.
  • Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook linguine until al dente (8-12 minutes).
  • Drain and toss through a little olive oil.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan with garlic, lemon juice, saffron and mustard.
  • Cook for 3 minutes, then add paprika and cream, stirring rapidly.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes to reduce slightly, then add prawns to heat through.
  • Serve pasta topped with sauce and prawns, sprinkled with chopped chervil.
