Method
  • Preheat oven to 200ºC
  • Mix oil, garam masala, lemon juice and peel, chilli and garlic together. Cut each potato into 6-8 wedges.
  • Toss wedges in spices and place in a roasting pan
  • Roast for 45-60 minutes until cooked through and crispy
  • Mix all the raita ingredients together. 
  • Scatter wedges with extra chilli and coriander and serve with raita


More good ideas

  • Replace the spices with a squeeze of lemon and a dollop of pesto
  • Use fat-free yoghurt instead of regular for the raita
