Method
  • Preheat oven to 200ºC
  • Mix together the cumin, coriander, chilli, paprika, salt, lemon zest, garlic, olive oil and yoghurt. 
  • Toss the chicken into the spice mixture to coat well. 
  • Soak four wooden skewers in cold water for about 20 minutes to prevent them from burning.
  • Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
  • Roast chicken for about 25 minutes, turning once until done.
  • Mix together the ingredients for the chickpea, tomato and coriander salad and serve it with the chicken kebabs.
