Method

Makes 1 X 30cm loaf

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients and half the seeds in a large bowl.
  • Stir yoghurt, milk and oil through dry ingredients, making sure it’s well mixed.
  • Spoon batter into a greased 30cm loaf pan and level surface of dough.
  • Scatter over remaining seeds and bake for 1 hour or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
  • Cool before slicing.
  • Serve with butter and jam.
