  • Drain mezze mix and reserve oil
  • De-pip olives
  • Halve bread and drizzle with some of the reserved oil
  • Pile all the filling ingredients onto the bread, drizzle with remaining oil and season
  • Sandwich bread together, cut into quarters and serve
