A retro classic revisited. Cut down on preparation time by using ready-cooked rice from the PnP deli.

Method
  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Fry onion in oil until soft
  • Add garlic and fry for  another minute
  • Toss in mince and allow  to brown slightly
  • Add spices and rice and fry for another minute
  • Add all remaining ingredients (except pepper/s) and cook for another minute. Season well.
  • Spoon mixture into peppers and bake for 20 minutes or until peppers are tender
  • Serve drizzled with yoghurt
