Method
  • Preheat oven to 200°C
  • Slice pitas in half to form two pizza bases
  • Spread pitas with chutney
  • Drizzle with garlic oil and place onto a baking tray
  • Top each pita base with vegetables and crumble over ricotta
  • Drizzle with Mediterranean oil and season
  • Bake for 15 minutes until bases are crisp and vegetables cooked


Cook’s tip

  • Add sliced ham or salami to pizzas
