Method
  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Grease and line a 23cm loaf tin with baking paper.
  • Mix all ingredients together to form a wet dough.
  • Spoon into loaf tin and bake for 1 hour, or until golden and cooked through.
  • Mix cream cheese and parsley together and serve spread on warm slices of bread.
